The Leap programs are designed keeping in mind the client's need - they can be delivered as 1- or 2- days programs or can be broken down between months to take the participants on a learning journey. The programs are designed keeping in mind the focus is on the application and thus is 40-60% experiential in nature. The skill practice is done through roleplays, case studies, videos, and post-course assignments so that you can keep applying the learnings at work.
