executive coaching

“Everyone needs a Coach. We all need people who will give us feedback. That’s how we improve.”

Bill Gates – Ex CEO, Microsoft

Many of the most successful people in the world have a coach: business leaders, politicians, celebrities and athletes. In fact, many of them attribute their success to coaching.

The expertise that we bring to Leadership Development is particularly powerful when working one-to-one with a client. Companies invest in coaching to prepare leaders for a new role or for major change within the organisation, or simply to provide targeted personal development. Our coaching enables clients to move forward with clarity, confidence, and depth to benefit the organisation and their own personal growth.

In a Leadership role, the pressure to consistently perform at peak levels, motivate and inspire your team, and produce results, is for many in leadership positions, almost tangible. It’s not surprising that 90% of people in leadership roles report higher levels of stress. Stress which leads to reduced clarity, poor decision-making, conflict, disengagement and ultimately – ineffective leadership.

What if you had someone to help you consistently perform at your best? Someone who could help you overcome any personal or professional obstacles standing in your way of success? Whether you are currently in an executive position, or you are getting ready for a leadership role, as your Leadership and Executive coach, we help you tap into your unlimited potential, so that you can be at your best.

Our Coaching Methodology

The design and focus for our coaching intervention is agreed in advance with key stakeholders. We supplement our coaching with a range of leadership and coaching tools in service of both the participants and the organisation.

Our assessment tools include the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Hogan Assessment and 360 Degree Interviews and Feedback, allowing leaders greater levels of self-awareness and an understanding of how they are perceived by peers and other colleagues.
